Not all items are made equal, there may be slight differences in size. While every effort has been made to portray our products accurately, slight variations may occur. Colours of our products in our images have been made to look as accurate as possibly able.

Prices are set out on our website. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Bunchies products are of the highest quality and we are confident you will love your new purchase, however, if the item/s are not suitable we are more than happy for you to return it to us (this will only apply if the item is unworn, unwashed and in good condition in all original packaging) please send your item/s to the returns address below with your returns slip inside within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund when we receive your return. Please note cost of original delivery will not be refunded.

Please remember to obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods whilst they are in transit to us. We recommend you pay for recorded delivery. The delivery fee to us in non-refundable. We process returns as soon as they arrive but during busy periods there may be a delay. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment.

If however your item/s have arrived faulty or damaged please contact us at gina@bunchies.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
